Warranty Cancellation

Warranties include Appearance Protection, Gap Contract, Key Replacement Contract, Lease Wear Contract, LoJack Contract, PDR (Paintless Dent Repair), Maintenance Contract, Multi-Shield Contract, Tire & Wheel Contract, Vehicle Service Contract, Windshield Repair/Replacement Contract.

Appearance, LoJack and Windshield Repair/Replacement are noncancellable contracts due to the application of a product or device added to the vehicle.
Yes, Gap, Key Replacement, Lease Wear, Maintenance, Multi-Shield, PDR, Tire & Wheel, Vehicle Service Contract are cancellable. However, any mechanical repairs or replacements will be the owner’s financial responsibility.
All providers calculate cancellation refunds using a pro-rata method minus a cancellation fee.
No, the monthly payment will stay the same, the refund amount will be sent to the lender and the amount will be applied to the loan balance.
All cancellation refunds can take up to six (6) weeks to process. If the vehicle was purchased with a loan the refund will be paid to the lender, listed on the contract. If the vehicle has been paid in full, proof is required for the funds to be sent to the customer. If the vehicle was paid by cash the refund will be sent to the customer at the address listed on the contract.
Yes, there is a transfer form to be completed and a small fee for processing.

Warranty Cancellation
