Founder
George Jr. graduated from SMU with a Bachelor’s in Business degree. In 1971 he became the youngest Volkswagen dealer in the United States. He has 45 continuous years as a dealer principal for various auto franchises such as Nissan, Infiniti, Mercedes, Volkswagen, General Motors, Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda, Chrysler, and Range Rover. George has been honored by both Time Magazine and Newsweek for auto accomplishments. George has served as President of the HEB Chamber of Commerce, Bank Board Director, Elder of his Church, and on various local boards in the DFW Metro area for the last 35 years. George is married with two children and five grand-children.

George Grubbs III is a proud graduate of Baylor University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He is happily married and the father of two beautiful children. As a fourth-generation member of the car business, George has gained extensive experience by working in every department of the family dealerships. During his first year as General Manager at Grubbs INFINITI, George received the prestigious INFINITI Award of Excellence. Under his leadership, the dealership achieved the remarkable distinction of being the #1 sales leader in the country. Beyond his professional achievements, George is deeply committed to giving back to his community. He serves on the boards of several non-profits and local chambers of commerce, reflecting his dedication to community involvement and leadership.
Wes Hays
COO
Wes Hays is an accomplished professional in the automotive industry, with 18 years of experience spanning various roles across multiple dealership departments. A graduate of the NADA Dealer Academy, As COO overseeing the sales and service teams of all Grubbs Dealerships Wes has demonstrated exceptional leadership by guiding sales teams to achieve numerous high-volume goals. Wes is happily married and the proud father of four children. As a highly skilled sales trainer and team builder, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing both sales and service teams, ensuring excellence in customer service and operational performance.
Emily Perrine
CFO
Emily Perrine is a graduate of the University of Southern Florida, where she earned both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. She is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience, including her role as a Group Controller. Additionally, Emily is an active member of both the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and the TSCPA (Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants). Emily brings over a decade of expertise across a broad range of financial disciplines, including audit, tax, corporate accounting, financial reporting, acquisitions, and divestitures. Outside of her professional achievements, Emily is happily married and the proud mother of two children.
Seth Levin
Vice President of Marketing
Seth Levin is a proud graduate of Utah Valley University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Administration. With over 13 years of experience in marketing, he has excelled in both digital and traditional advertising, brand recognition, and enhancing customer experience. Seth is happily married to his spouse of 12 years. In addition to his professional endeavors, Seth served as the Gala Chair for the Seattle Festival of Trees Guild for 9 years, supporting the vital work of Seattle Children’s Hospital. Beyond his career and philanthropic efforts, Seth is passionate about gardening, cooking, and design.
Gabe Calhoun

Gabe Calhoun brings more than 30 years of Human Resources leadership experience across the transportation, hospitality, and dental industries, including time supporting private-equity organizations. He is known for building people-focused programs, strengthening employee engagement, and supporting long-term organizational growth. A strategic and collaborative leader, Gabe is committed to creating positive workplace cultures that empower teams to succeed. He and his family live in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
